Stop Billing Through PayPal

You created your subscription to our site through PayPal and they are setup as a “user initiated payment system”. This means that customers have full control over their own billing and not Star Search Casting. Therefore, you can cancel the billing on your membership at anytime by logging into your own PayPal account. Just look under “History” at the top and find the subscription to Star Search Casting. Then click on the details and click cancel. You may also go to the PayPal online help page for specific directions about how to cancel your subscription.

If you are still having difficulty canceling, PayPal Customer Service Agents are available to help you during the following times:

4:00 AM PDT to 10:00 PM PDT Monday through Friday

6:00 AM PDT to 8:00 PM PDT on Saturday and Sunday

Call them toll-free at: 1-888-221-1161

They will only discuss an account with the account-holder. Please have the following information available when you call:

• Your telephone number

• Your email address

• The last 4 digits of your credit card or bank account registered with PayPal

For security reasons, they must verify the above details before discussing any account-specific information.

Because you signed up for an ongoing subscription, you will continue to be billed until you cancel your own subscription. PayPal does not give us the ability to cancel it for you. Canceling the subscription through PayPal will automatically downgrade your membership with us to a FREE Bronze account, which gives you services that are more limited. Then you can upgrade again anytime in the future by logging back into your Star Search Casting account and clicking the upgrade link.
