Do the holidays make your eating habits go out of control? Are your friends and family concerned about your health and that you’re going to get Diabetes?
Does it get worse during the holidays?
If so, we are looking to interview people about their eating habits on our show on Tuesday, December 9th. We’ll also have an expert on to tell us how to enjoy the holidays without stress or guilt.
