Church in Issaquah, WA is seeking a multi talented musician to fill the role of Worship Leader. The right individual will serve under the Senior Pastor, and will oversee all areas of worship and the worship team.
Responsibilities include:
Ability to lead the congregation in worship.
Assist the tech team in set up and tear down.
Recruit and build a worship team.
Meet with the Senior Pastor weekly.
Introduce new & popular worship songs throughout the year.
Adhere to the vision of the Senior Pastor.
Ability to smile and serve others.
Requirements:
Professing believer in Jesus Christ.
Three years experience leading worship with a congregation of at least 50 people.
Positive attitude.
Show up on time to all rehearsals, meetings and events.
This is a paid position and a great opportunity to be a part of a group that has a heart for the community.
