    Audition Breakdown
    Travel DVD company is looking for an authentic Louisiana accent (MALE OR FEMALE ) to do voice over narration on DVD tour of New Orleans. Not looking for a cartoonish accent, just something real. The DVD plus extras is about 60 minutes total, and it usually takes about a half day to complete. Voice work will be done in a home studio in Montecito Heights in July. African American applicants especially encouraged to apply. Older applicants more than welcome, too. We're looking for the "voice of experience." So young whippersnappers, you're welcome, too, but you're really going to need to "bring it." Send me an email stating your interest and why you think you'd be right for the gig, and I will send you back a little copy for you to audition with, either by phone or mp3. Pay is $100 per hour. $400 minimum.

    ps. I KNOW there are varieties of accents in New Orleans. I am open to all comers at this point.
