Lewis Harland is a hopeless romantic. The kid who got picked last for a team in gym class. Through his talent and drive he has risen far in the music business--although he feels at best half-satisfied. He awaits judgment and punishment. Success has given him many opportunities to indulge his obsessions, however he prefers vicarious risk through people who live recklessly. He guards his flaws with the attentiveness of a coiled snake, and is willing to poison those who threaten to expose his weakness.

Seeking actor who is Caucasian, early 30s, 5'10" or taller. Must be reliable, motivated, and dedicated to giving the role everything you have. Must be available during the week in the daytime for two rehearsals a week (each 2 - 3 hours) for approximately 3 months. The same preparation that is required for the leading role in a play is required--this film shoots all 90 pages of the script in one day. The film takes place entirely in a one bedroom apartment, with only a lead actor and actress. The Film's success is based entirely upon the quality of these two performances. Experience in theatre is a plus since essentially it is a play being filmed.
